HOW DO I ORDER A BLOG LAYOUT?
Easy! Simply navigate to the "order form" page and fill everything out there!
HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR MY BLOG LAYOUT?
Currently the only form of payment excepted is Paypal. When the designer personally emails you back to confirm the order a nonrefundable desposit will paid. Orders of less than $30.00 are to be paid upfront while orders of $30.00 or more are subject to a 50% nonrefunable deposit. Upon completion of the blog the remaining balance will be paid. The blog with not be installed nor will content be sent until final payment is received.
I RECEIVED A GIFT CERTIFICATE, HOW DO I ORDER A BLOG NOW?
To order a blog with a gift certificate you must still fill out the order form as usual. On the invoice that is sent to you there is an area that allows you to enter the gift certificate redemption code.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE LAYOUT?
If you are unhappy with your blog layout you are permitted to request a certain amount of changes based on which layout package you've order. If you are still not completely satisfied after the changes have been made you will not be asked to pay the remaining balance but will not receive any of the files created. The initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable and will be surrendered if you are not interested in purchasing the finished product.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A BLOG LAYOUT?
It really depends on how busy I am at the time. Right now, an initial design should take no longer than a week.
WHAT IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC GRAPHIC/FONT I WANT USED ON MY BLOG?
This is a tricky question to answer! If it's a graphic/fonts that I currently own or have access to, I'll try my best but I can't guarantee use. Many graphics/fonts have specific licensing agreements that don't allow reproductions in this regard. If you own the item in question please specify in your initial email and we can definitely work something out!
CAN I CHANGE YOUR LAYOUT MYSELF?
If you've had the layout for a while and are sick of the background, feel free to create or use a different one. That goes with anything else on the blog, if you'd like to keep the header but change the sidebar headers yourself you are more than free to. The only issue that will arise is when you directly tamper with the images provided to you by Digital Confection Design.
DO YOU CREATE DESIGNS FOR WORDPRESS?
As it stands right now I'm only able to work on blogger sites but I've recently signed up for wordpress as well and am learning to edit those sites. It might take a little while because those sites have a deeper codex system than blogger and are therefore a little more complex to customize. When I'm able to customize those pages to my satisfaction I will definitely add it to my list of services. Sorry for any inconvenience.
CAN YOU DESIGN ELEMENTS FOR MY WORDPRESS BLOG?
Certainly! As long as you give me the proper demensions and are comfortable installing the elements yourself, I'd be happy to design for you!
Services of design and installion are completed when blog install has been finalized by client unless bugs or defects are found within design. Any further changes or alterations to blog design or layout may be subject to additional fees.
